Kung-Fu for Kids is not a sport but a self-defense art. The ancient art is based on the combinations of punches, kicks, blocks, leverage, throws & tumbling, all done in perfect unison and does not follow a set pattern. Techniques can be changed to suit any situation at any time. Body awareness, balance, coordination, flexibility and agility are emphasized.
